MEMS research center mainly concentrates on micro and nano-fabrication/engineering in order to realize systems in the field of mechanical science and technology.

We have concentrated on mainly four main fields; microfluidics, bio-engineering, nano-engineering and MEMS. The research conducting at MEMS is an interdisciplinary in character so that we have close collaboration with field of medicine, biology, materials science and other related science and engineering fields. The funding is secured from different governmental agencies as well as there has been several projects funded by private sector. MEMS research center has a high interest to have international partnerships through Horizon 2020 and any other means.
